The Customer Growth Marketing Team

Our Customer Growth Marketing team is dedicated to developing integrated marketing strategies that deliver customer value through meaningful interactions at every touchpoint. We're passionate about driving high levels of product satisfaction and long-term engagement among our customers, and we're looking for a Senior Manager - Direct Channels Customer Acquisition to lead our efforts in email and direct mail marketing.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager - Direct Channels Customer Acquisition, you'll be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and implementation of various lending treatments across both our Charge and Lend Cards, in email and direct mail. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, managing, evaluating, and optimizing email and direct mail communications for line treatments (Proactive Line Increase, Reactive Line Increase, and more) to drive engagement and incremental revenue
  • Leading channel forecasting and results analysis; optimizing channels and flex plans as needed to meet investment and performance objectives
  • Continuing to evolve how we market in email and direct mail, leveraging new technologies, personalization, and more
  • Developing test and learn curriculum to drive growth through targeted initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing Strategy, Product Management, and Risk partners on segmentation, targeting, and pricing, as well as understanding portfolio strategies and customer behavior to identify and address opportunities to support and grow the program
  • Leading two high-performing direct reports who will lead marketing execution

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Relevant experience within marketing, product, strategy, or a function with transferrable skills
  • A data-driven strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a track record of developing customer-first marketing strategies that deliver results
  • Results-driven with exceptional sense of accountability and ownership
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who can work independently, as well as within a team
  • Superior relationship management skills, with the ability to influence partners both across and upwards
  • Robust analytical skills that translate data into insights
  • A solution-oriented mindset
  • Clear and articulate communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects with a heavy focus on attention to detail and meeting tight timelines
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm with a "can-do" attitude

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, digital and/or direct mail expertise is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Senior Manager - Direct Channels Customer Acquisition at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
