Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Full Stack Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and implementing process improvements to drive business growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Accounting, Financial Accounting, Design, Product, Finance, Audit, and Legal, to drive key financial initiatives and process improvements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial data requirements to support the automation of journal entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and efficiency in financial processes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline income tasks and reduce the income close cycle.
- Review data quality of journal entries prepared through the Income Subledger and develop Information Quality checks for identified use cases through financial requirements planning, ad-hoc analyses, new product launches, etc.
- Work with the Product and Design teams to continuously improve our daily Income Reconciliation process and manage reconciliation investigation with the assistance of the analysis team.
- Conduct monthly income accounting close responsibilities, including but not limited to: GAAP income analysis, cost of income analysis, debt claims compromises, review journal entries, and audit close package expectations.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects as assigned.
We're Excited About You Because
* 3+ years of experience in financial accounting, data analysis, and business intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 Revenue Recognition required; knowledge of IFRS an asset.
- Proficiency in transitional/high-level SQL skills and ability to work with large volumes of conditional data, Python an asset.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams, both internally and remotely.

Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation range for this position is $28/hour. Salary in different geographies may vary. Actual salary within the compensation range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For jobs that are available to be filled remotely, base compensation is capped by employee work location.
