Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers. Your primary duties will include:

• Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding website navigation, services, and general client concerns.
• Evaluating Customer Interactions: Assess customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
• Building Relationships: Create relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and achieve their goals.
• Providing Accurate Responses: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Promoting Client Products and Services: Engage with customers to promote interest in client products and services.
• Maintaining a Positive Image: Continuously portray and project a positive and professional image in all interactions.
• Providing Administrative Support: Assist the customer service team with administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
• Assisting with Overflow Work: May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.

Requirements
