Job Overview

As a Ramp and Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that involve customer interactions and ramp operations. This role requires a high level of adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Assist passengers with their travel needs, including responding to inquiries, handling baggage, and checking-in travelers for flights.

• Perform ramp operations, such as loading and unloading baggage and freight, and marshaling aircraft.
• Conduct pre-flight preparations and security checks on aircraft.
• Provide boarding and door services, including assisting passengers, making announcements, and processing baggage claims.
• Process and secure passenger baggage, including handling claims for lost, damaged, or delayed baggage.
• Operate baggage handling equipment, including conveyor belts and lifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including tasks of varying complexity to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to learn and work with modernized reservation systems.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including twisting, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to participate in paid training that may require temporary travel.
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to work in the United States.
