Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, responding to emails, direct messages, and text messages with a warm, engaging, and brand-aligned tone.
  • Managing customer support operations across various platforms, including Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, and Klaviyo, processing refunds, reshipments, and subscription modifications.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of customer feedback in spreadsheets, analyzing and presenting key insights to the team for continuous product and service improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining efficient internal systems for streamlined operations, including inbox organization, order logs, and product feedback reports.
  • Providing administrative support to co-founders, including scheduling meetings, conducting light research, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Proactively contributing innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist for arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A genuine enjoyment of enhancing customer experiences and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet management and system creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Slack, Shopify, and G Suite; familiarity with Gorgias, Recharge, Klaviyo, and Rebuy is considered advantageous.
  • Excellent written communication abilities, capable of adapting to the brand's established tone.
  • The ability to operate as a self-starter with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • A high level of attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in all tasks and communications.
  • Comfortable managing independent work and time allocation.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the psychedelic or wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
