Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data into various databases, records, and files with accuracy and speed
  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports, providing valuable insights and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clutter-free and efficient workspace

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and professionally
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and independence
  • Extensive knowledge of arenaflex Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Clerk, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
  • 1 year of experience working with Excel and filing systems, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
