Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Vision: Define, champion, and evolve the end‑to‑end technical architecture for large‑scale customer profile and identity management services, ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s strategic roadmap.
  • Product Delivery: Design and implement innovative, resilient digital products that store, process, and serve customer data across web, mobile, and in‑vehicle ecosystems.
  • Technical Stewardship: Serve as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for core platforms, enforcing best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, Program Management, Design, Data Science, and other engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Essential Qualifications (Required)

  • Software Engineering Mastery: 9+ years of professional experience building complex, mission‑critical backend systems using modern programming languages and development practices.
  • Cloud‑Native Expertise: Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Distributed Systems Acumen: Deep understanding of micro‑services, event sourcing, message queues, and scalability patterns.
  • Technical Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams, setting technical direction, and driving architectural decisions.
  • Problem‑Solving Mindset: Ability to dissect ambiguous problems, design elegant solutions, and translate them into production‑ready code.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s or Ph.D. is a strong advantage.
