Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, helping customers resolve connectivity and account issues in a timely manner.
  • Offering step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, empowering customers to resolve issues independently.
  • Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Accessing and updating customer accounts using Sonar CRM and leveraging networking tools for support, streamlining the customer experience.
  • Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Participating in quality assurance activities to continuously improve customer service, ensuring our high standards are met.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

  • Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms.
