Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through our website interface, resolving their queries, and ensuring a seamless experience. You will work in a flexible, remote environment, with the freedom to choose your own schedule within a 4-hour shift, 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their queries

  • Assist customers with logins, answer frequently asked questions (FAQs), and help with coupons and promotions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with arenaflex's services and offerings
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
