About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our IT team to design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions that drive business outcomes. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
- Develop data-driven insights that inform business decisions
- Design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
- 3+ years of experience in online business stage development
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with advanced data analytics tools such as Google Data Analytics, AWS, etc.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, etc.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, etc.
- Experience with data governance and data quality tools such as Collibra, Trifacta, etc.
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Experience with data governance and data quality principles
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms and data warehousing concepts
