About the Role:

As a key member of our support team, you'll engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues related to Apple products. Your expertise and patience will ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving technical issues related to Apple products
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Apple products and technologies
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

About You:

We're looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. If you're a student at a U.S.-based university, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher, and have a passion for technology, we want to hear from you. Here are some essential qualifications:

Education:

Currently enrolled as a student at a U.S.-based university, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher

Home Workspace:

A quiet home workspace with an ergonomic chair and desk

Internet Connection:

A hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps

Availability:

Available to work five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 40 hours per week

Flexibility:

Able to flex up or down in weekly hours when school is not in session based on business needs

Typing Speed:

Meet the minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers

Assessment and Training:

Successfully completed a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training

GPA:

A GPA of 2.7 or higher

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Apple products and technologies
  • Strong typing skills (40 WPM or higher)
  • Ability to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of technical support software and tools
  • Experience working with Apple products and technologies
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
