Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Online Sales Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As an Online Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth through strategic planning, data analysis, and execution. Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive online sales growth, leveraging data analysis and market research to inform decisions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Develop and manage partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels, driving revenue growth and expanding arenaflex's market presence
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to inform arenaflex's online sales strategy
  • Work with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain sales reports to track progress towards goals, providing regular updates and insights to arenaflex's leadership team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions, with proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels, with a strong understanding of online sales strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
  • Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection

  • 7+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, such as social media advertising and email marketing
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences, with experience developing and implementing customer-centric marketing campaigns
