Job Summary
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in addressing the concerns and issues of our clients' customers, providing support and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of our company, representing our values and commitment to excellence in every interaction. Responsibilities
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our clients' products and services
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service experience in a healthcare setting or related industry a plus
- Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns and issues
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Work Environment
* Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support
- Work from home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
- arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam and other necessary tools
- You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only; no Satellite, Dial-up or Wireless Internet connections
- Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
