Job Summary

Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or support roles (or equivalent experience in a related field)

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems and customer support platforms
