Job Summary

As an L2 Associate at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary interface between our organization and our delivery partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Effectively communicating with customers and delivery partners in a clear and professional manner
• Providing prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners
• Managing sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix
• Demonstrating excellent time-management skills to meet performance metrics
• Actively seeking solutions through logical reasoning and identifying trends to suggest process improvements

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon customers and delivery partners through clear and professional communication

• Expedite prompt and efficient service to customers and delivery partners
• Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix
• Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics
• Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance customer experience and process efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
• Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
