Job Summary

As an arenaflex Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, including order status, billing issues, and product information. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
