Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business
- Utilizing exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the growth of our agency
- Collaborating with other agency team members to ensure seamless customer service and support
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for helping people
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively relate to customers and coordinate with other team members
- Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required
- Prior experience working in a State Farm agency is required, as you will be working closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
