Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data across various systems, collaborating with team members to meet deadlines, and performing regular data audits to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data across various systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Review and verify the accuracy of data before submission, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met, communicating effectively and providing timely updates.
  • Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Organize and manage files and documents, maintaining a secure and efficient filing system.
  • Assist with any additional administrative duties as needed, providing support to the team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or higher preferred).

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative, or related roles, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM), with the ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Must be a U.S. resident and able to work remotely, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
