Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Training and Development

As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll undergo four weeks of comprehensive training, which will take place from Tuesday to Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 6:30 pm CST. This training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, including:

  • Sales and lead generation techniques
