Responsibilities:

As an Outbound Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Delivering Compelling Presentations: Deliver informative and engaging product presentations that highlight key features and benefits, and showcase the value proposition of our products.
  • Conducting Virtual Demonstrations: Conduct virtual demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our products and services, and provide customers with a hands-on experience.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Strive towards achieving individual and team sales targets, and work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Articulating Value Propositions: Skilfully articulate the value propositions of our products and services to potential customers, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Engaging with Warm Leads: Engage with warm leads to guide them through the sales funnel, and close deals by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and follow-up communications.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Communication Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and value propositions in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

Pay and Benefits:

* Monthly Salary: $8,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month, depending on performance and experience.
