Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Chat Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple interactive channels of communication. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Recognize and respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing verbal and written communication skills to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Embracing a 'Do the Right Thing' Mentality: Focus on providing first contact resolution, utilizing a variety of resources to deliver results and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven Experience in Customer Service and/or a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrate your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Showcase your ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members through verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Manage Complex Issues and De-escalate Situations: Prove your ability to manage complex issues and de-escalate situations in a calm and professional manner.
