We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area, identifying potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improving current processes
- Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for various searches
- Collaborating with multicultural teams to achieve common goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
