Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Working knowledge of Sabre or other travel industry software
  • Experience working in a high-volume call center environment
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues
