The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our users have an exceptional experience with our video chat app. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through various channels, including email, social media, and in-app messaging. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to, manage, and organize customer inquiries from various sources, including the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, email submissions, and Instagram.

  • Actively use our video chat app to gain product expertise, which you'll apply every time you help a customer with a question, concern, or issue.
  • Collect user feedback and share insights with our Product and other teams to inform product development and improvement.
  • Work between 20 and 29 hours a week, depending on Support team needs, including Saturdays.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a customer-centric individual who is passionate about providing exceptional support. If you have:

  • Experience supporting consumer products, with a plus for business product experience.
  • The ability to identify and understand customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
  • A positive, warm, and friendly attitude.
  • The desire to become a product expert.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • A flexible work schedule that allows you to work Saturdays and during other off-hours/non-business times as needed.

  • Compensation: The target pay rate for this position is $20 per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including knowledge, skills, and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
