Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our online community, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our online community.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Utilizing knowledge of our products and services to address customer questions and provide solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Respond to live chat inquiries within 30 seconds or less.

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns within 2 hours or less.
  • Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
  • Meet or exceed quality metrics, including accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • Entry-level candidates with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in using a computer, internet, and live chat software.
