Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key priorities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience
  • Helping in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor
  • Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store
  • Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system
  • Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
  • Performing all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation

Position Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You should be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: You'll need to be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height. You should also be able to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability: You'll need to be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
