Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues, and provide product and solutions expertise to our customers. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and issues
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with order processing and fulfillment
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
