Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for assisting potential borrowers and current customers with questions regarding loan products, evaluating vehicles, managing customer loans and payments, and communicating daily with customers regarding their accounts. Key Responsibilities

* Assist potential borrowers and current customers with questions regarding loan products and services

  • Evaluate vehicles and determine loan eligibility
  • Manage customer loans and payments, including processing payments and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Communicate daily with customers regarding their accounts, including making courtesy calls when necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to pass a company background screening, including a credit, criminal, and background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with computer and data entry systems

  • Previous experience in a title loan or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
