Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails and chat/text messages from our customers in a timely manner. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages from customers

  • Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless operation of our chat platform
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards, including a set minimum number of conversations per hour
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform and other industry-leading tools
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction ratings and drive business growth

Education & Skills Required

* Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles

  • High-speed internet access required for remote work
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Work Schedule

Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of shifts, including:

  • Thursday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Friday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Saturday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Sunday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting productivity standards
  • Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform and other industry-leading tools
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
