Job Summary

The Customer Service Analyst is a key part of our commercial activities in the USA, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for handling daily activities, ensuring the execution of customer contracts, and performing administrative tasks with high accuracy and awareness.

Responsibilities and Challenges

As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling daily activities to ensure the USA customers' contracts execution, with a constant interface between:

+ Customers + Traders + Operations in South America + Planning + Logistics + Finance department

  • Back office activities related to the sales and logistics process, including:

+ Billing + Planning + Organizing logistics operations + Tracking + Cash collection + Administrative tasks + Documentation handling + Controls/reports + Ad-hoc analysis and processes

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Analyzing data and providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Knowledge of Office package (Microsoft Office)
  • SAP knowledge (desirable)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or in a similar industry
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with process improvement and implementation
