Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and efficient product/service information to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Gathering customer feedback to help improve our services and products
  • Troubleshooting and investigating customer complaints to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings through excellent service standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • A track record of over-achieving quota in a customer-facing role
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • High school degree
