Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry / 10-Key Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and scanning documents to convert hard copies to electronic images
- Meeting production goals, with a minimum of 120 to 150 files per day
- Inputting a large volume of data into the system accurately while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines
- Working in a warehouse environment that is not consistently climate controlled
- Standing for several hours and lifting boxes weighing up to 80-90 pounds
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements and Competencies
To succeed as a Data Entry / 10-Key Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 10-key proficiency and experience
- English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Physical requirements and environment: ability to stand for several hours, lift boxes weighing up to 80-90 pounds, work in a warehouse environment that is not consistently climate controlled
- Medical records experience is preferred, though not required
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in data entry or a related field
