Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote Inbound Call Center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service assistance to truckers who need roadside assistance. Your specific duties will include:

• Supporting intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers
• Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
• Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
• Inputting relevant call information into the PC and processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
• Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customers require

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED: A minimum educational requirement to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
• Ability to move fast, fix problems, and be nice: A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language: The ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Work from home experience preferred: While not mandatory, prior experience working from home will be beneficial in this role.
• History of great attendance: A strong track record of punctuality and reliability.
• Must be highly organized and able to follow-through: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• PC familiarity and proficient typing skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously: The ability to multitask and manage multiple systems.
• Strong technical skills: Familiarity with computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Must be articulate and professional: The ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification: A requirement to ensure the safety and security of our customers and employees.
