Key Responsibilities Transcribe audio and video content into accurate written text.

Identify and mark unclear or inaudible sections in recordings.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary content.

Required Skills and Qualifications Strong command of written and spoken English.

Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand varied accents.

Typing speed of at least 40–50 words per minute with high accuracy.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Experience No prior professional experience required – beginners and freelancers are welcome.

Previous transcription or captioning experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
