Senior Corporate Financial Analyst

Remote Full-time Live

Overview

The FP&A team is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support Corporate Finance, partnering closely with G&A functions across the organization. In this role, you will work directly with functional stakeholders to deliver financial planning, decision support, and rigorous analysis that informs executive and management decision‑making. You will own monthly management reporting, including variance analysis, performance commentary, and key business metrics, and support cyclical planning activities such as forecasts, budgets, and long‑range planning. This role is ideal for a hands‑on finance professional with strong analytical rigor, exceptional attention to detail, and critical thinking skills. You take pride in producing accurate, well‑structured analyses and understand the importance of precision and consistency in executive reporting. You are a clear and effective communicator who enjoys collaborating cross‑functionally, balancing ad hoc analyses with recurring deliverables, and managing priorities in a dynamic environment while delivering thoughtful, high‑quality insights.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Forecasting & Planning: Build and maintain forward‑looking forecasts and financial models that support investment decisions, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • Hands‑On Business Partnership: Serve as the primary FP&A partner to functional leaders, delivering deep financial analysis, scenario evaluation, and recommendations to support new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Advanced Financial Analysis & Insights: Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights and predictive analyses that directly influence business decisions.
  • Management Reporting Ownership: Own monthly and quarterly management reporting end‑to‑end, including variance analysis, executive‑level commentary, and identification of key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Systems‑Driven Analysis: Leverage and connect data across planning, reporting, and visualization tools (including Adaptive Planning, Power BI, and Excel‑based reporting) to ensure consistency, transparency, and insight across forecasts and actuals.
  • Data Integrity & Precision: Ensure a high standard of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all analyses, models, and reports, with a strong focus on data integrity and audit‑ready outputs.
  • Cross‑Functional Analytical Leadership: Lead analytical workstreams across teams by integrating data from multiple systems and sources to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Trusted Financial Advisor: Act as a go‑to finance advisor for stakeholders by providing perspective on trends, trade‑offs, and implications impacting financial and operational outcomes.
  • Process & Analytical Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to forecasting, reporting, metrics, and analytical processes to increase efficiency, clarity, and decision usefulness.
