• Building laser-accurate Academic Data Reports that surface issues and trigger fixes inside a 48-hour window
• Hosting rapid-response “rescue” calls that resolve blockers and leave kids motivated to tackle the next challenge
• Running post-assessment coaching sessions to separate knowledge gaps from careless errors and assign crystal-clear next steps
• Flagging roster quirks or data anomalies the moment they appear, safeguarding the integrity of every metric
• Syncing with Parent Support and Academics leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves

Academic Coach Key Responsibilities Deliver real-time academic insights and student-facing interventions that sustain 2× learning velocity across the Alpha Anywhere network. Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support role with both analytical and interpersonal components.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering…)
• High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
