Job Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers through live chat on their websites and social media platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Your primary goal will be to help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to meet customers' needs
  • Help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully
  • Work independently and follow instructions to meet performance metrics
  • Utilize the Squarespace platform and other tools to manage live chat conversations
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Familiarity with the Squarespace platform and other live chat tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
