Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive starting salary of $35,568 annually, with potential growth to $39,500 in the second year.
• Salary is calculated based on a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week at $17.00 per hour initially, increasing to $19.00 per hour thereafter.
