Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and removing nonessential data, as well as combining data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Searching for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete, and methodically reviewing completed work to check for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product
  • Filing information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems, and investigating reports and sheets of data to identify trends and patterns
  • Sifting through websites for information, and retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team
  • Collaborating with our data management experts to develop and implement efficient data entry processes, and providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong foundation in computer skills, including basic knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and speed
  • Impeccable organization and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
