About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Entry team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, while also driving business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain data entry processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs and requirements
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analytics and reporting capabilities
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation, cleansing, and standardization
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data integration and migration solutions
- Develop and maintain data security and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and integrity
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or related field
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Strong SQL skills, with experience with data modeling and data manipulation
- Experience with data integration and migration tools such as Informatica, Talend, or AWS Glue
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure Synapse
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Strong experience with data security and access control principles and best practices
- Experience with data governance frameworks such as ISO 38500 or COBIT
