Job Responsibilities:
As a Proofreader & Customer Representative Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Proofreading Written and Digital Work Product: Review and edit written content, including marketing materials, internal documents, emails, press releases, and website text, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Crosschecking References and Data: Verify the accuracy of all referenced facts, dates, pages, values, and cross-referenced materials, such as websites and newspapers.
- Reviewing Output for Consistency: Ensure that content aligns with company-wide work and maintains consistency across campaigns, products, or brands.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Participate in team meetings, provide constructive editorial input, and communicate with team members to achieve consistent, accurate, and high-quality work product.
- Improving Editing Processes: Suggest process improvements and evaluate procedures to create efficiencies and enhance the editing process.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree: In English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Writing and Editing: Proven writing and editing skills, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in digital content and word processing software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to catch even the smallest errors.
