Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced data entry clerk to join our team on an evening shift, Monday through Friday from 5:30pm to 2:00am. As a data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources, answering phones, tracking shipments, and organizing paperwork. Responsibilities

As a data entry clerk at arenaflex Transportation Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Entering data from various sources, including paper, image, phone, and/or email
• Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
• Tracking shipments and monitoring delivery schedules
• Organizing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Transportation industry experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role

• Familiarity with transportation industry software and systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
