Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate sales leads by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations.

What We Help Our Customers with

  • Dealer referrals to distributors
  • Provide customers with order information, assistance, and product support
  • Transactional services, including orders, claims, and invoicing
  • Act as a switchboard for the company, using a database to refer customers to the appropriate department

Specific Responsibilities for this Position

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Route calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Enter accurate ordering information into the company system, ensuring seamless order processing
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word), with familiarity with SAP and Call Centre, and Sales Force a plus

Education and Qualifications

We require a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service skills and experience in MS Office. Familiarity with SAP and Sales Force is a plus, but not required.
