Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere
  • Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
  • Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
  • Working with our food program to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
  • Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals
  • Thinking creatively to solve problems and come up with innovative solutions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer behavior
