Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fun environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change as needed
  • Making purchase suggestions to customers and promoting arenaflex products and services
  • Working with our food program to provide customers with a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
  • Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
  • Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to bend, twist, and grasp objects with hands

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable for this role:

  • Sales associate or cashiering experience
