At arenaflex, we're revolutionizing the way people interact with our platform, and we're looking for a seasoned Senior User Experience Researcher to join our Customer Experience & Integrity team. As a key member of our Research team, you'll play a pivotal role in influencing product and company strategy, while building amazing experiences for our Merchants, Dashers, and Customers. Your expertise will help guide arenaflex to bigger and bolder new bets, and your autonomy will be high.
About the Team

As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you'll work closely with our Customer Experience & Integrity team, which includes the domains of Support, Fraud, Trust, Safety, and Internal Tools.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to shape insights and innovation across all of our audiences – Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants, as well as internal customers. With your bird's eye view across the entire company, you'll be responsible for understanding both audience-specific and cross-audience needs. You'll have broad autonomy to lead the space, choose the most impactful projects, and play a key role as THE voice of the customer with cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to arenaflex's product strategy and define the future of our service
- Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces, working with your team to understand the opportunity, and then chart a path forward
- Be able to cite exciting and impactful changes in product that stem directly from your research
- Learn from, and share your innovative research approaches with other researchers
- Help all of our audiences have a world-class arenaflex experience every day
You'll Thrive in This Role If
- You have 7+ years of demonstrable experience in qualitative / quantitative research and/or product, UX, or user research, including writing and analyzing surveys
- You can define research questions and scope, identify appropriate methods, execute studies, and synthesize findings
- You can proactively work with several functions across the company
- You're passionate about translating findings into creative and strategic recommendations
- You excel in a dynamic environment
- You have an advanced degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related research or scientific field (While this is preferred, it is not required)

- A competitive base salary, ranging from $148,200 to $218,000 USD, depending on your location and experience
