Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Success / Account Manager - IT Cyber Security, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting sales activities (KPIs): Dials, Calls, Follow-ups, and Meetings
  • Managing communication cadence for your assigned customer base
  • Identifying, growing, and retaining existing accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer principals and developing a working understanding of their business model and usage of our company product
  • Leveraging other internal departments (support, development, services) to find solutions to a variety of customer needs with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Leveraging client interactions and insights to inform new features and future product development, relaying back new requests to our R&D team
  • Maintaining accurate details of your daily activities within our company CRM system

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree or 1+ years' experience in a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization ability, attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and accept/provide feedback in a team setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in sales, customer success, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the cyber security industry and its trends
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
