Responsibilities
As a Retail Associate/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in locating products in the store, providing detailed information and advice on products, and answering any questions they may have.
- Operating the cash register and handling financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting in receiving inventory, replenishing shelves, and organizing back stock to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and promote arenaflex products.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in the natural products industry is preferred but not essential – we're open to training the right candidate.
- A strong interest in natural health and wellness, and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cooperatively in a small team environment.

Working Hours
Our store operates from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. The position requires availability on Saturdays and possibly Sundays. We're a flexible employer, and we're happy to discuss flexible scheduling options with the right candidate.
