Position: Virtual Operations Manager – Real Estate Brokerage (High-Earning Potential) Location: Remote (Open to all U.S. locations) Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Reports To: Managing Broker / Ownership About RH Realty Services RH Realty Services is actively transitioning from a traditional brokerage model to a virtual-first, technology-driven real estate brokerage. Our vision is to build a scalable, national brokerage powered by automation, AI, and streamlined virtual systems, while supporting high-performing agents with simplicity and strong compensation. This transition is a strategic priority for 2026 and beyond, and this role is essential to making it successful. Position Overview The Virtual Operations Manager is a senior leadership, execution-driven role responsible for:
- Helping lead and implement RH Realty’s transition to a virtual-first brokerage
- Overseeing daily brokerage operations
- Driving real estate agent recruiting and growth This is a build-and-scale role, not a maintenance position. The ideal candidate thrives in change, understands virtual brokerage models, and has a proven ability to recruit agents and execute systems at scale. Recruiting is a major income driver for this position. Key Responsibilities1. Virtual Brokerage Transformation (Core Focus)
- Lead execution of RH Realty’s transition to a virtual-first, technology-enabled brokerage
- Implement standardized virtual workflows across operations, transactions, and agent support
- Replace manual processes with automation, AI tools, and digital systems
- Ensure full adoption of virtual platforms by agents and staff
- Identify inefficiencies and continuously optimize operations
- Act as a change leader and internal champion for innovation and scalability 2. Brokerage Operations & Compliance
- Oversee daily operations of a fully remote brokerage
- Ensure transactions move efficiently from contract to close
- Maintain brokerage compliance across licensed states (initially CT, NY, GA; expanding nationally)
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, transaction coordinators, and vendors
- Manage commission structures, caps, fees, and brokerage policies
- Maintain accurate operational and compliance records 3. Real Estate Agent Recruiting (Primary Growth Responsibility)
- Own and lead agent recruiting efforts
- Proactively source, interview, and recruit licensed real estate agents
- Clearly communicate RH Realty’s virtual model, technology stack, and compensation structure
- Onboard agents into virtual systems and ensure smooth adoption
- Track recruiting KPIs: agent count, production, retention
- Support expansion into new states through strategic recruiting 4. Agent Onboarding, Support & Performance
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for agents
- Oversee onboarding, training access, and system setup
- Ensure agents understand workflows, compliance, and expectations
- Support productivity while enforcing accountability
- Coordinate virtual and AI-supported trainings 5. Technology, Systems & AI Integration
- Manage and optimize brokerage technology platforms, including:
- Transaction management systems
- CRMs
- Agent portals
- E-signature tools
- Virtual communication platforms
- AI receptionist and AI support tools
- Work with vendors and virtual assistants to maintain system performance
- Ensure technology supports efficiency, compliance, and scale 6. Leadership, Reporting & Decision-Making
- Act as second-in-command for brokerage operations
- Make day-to-day operational decisions independently
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on:
- Virtual transition progress
- Recruiting and retention metrics
- Closings and revenue
- Operational challenges and resolutions
- Protect executive time through proactive problem-solving Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate brokerage operations
- Proven success recruiting real estate agents (required)
- Experience with virtual or technology-enabled brokerage models
- Strong understanding of transactions, compliance, and commission structures
- High comfort level with technology, automation, virtual tools, and AI
- Ability to lead change and scale operations in a remote environment Compensation Structure (Hybrid | No Income Cap)
- Small base compensation
- Performance-based bonuses and commissions
- Earnings tied directly to:
- Agent recruiting and retention
- Brokerage growth and production
