This is a fully remote, part‑time position designed for self‑motivated individuals who thrive in an online messaging environment. You will manage real‑time chat interactions on creators’ arenaflex pages, respond to subscriber inquiries, share promotional content, and facilitate smooth, courteous conversations that enhance the overall fan experience.

Contract Type: Ongoing, no fixed term. Compensation: $35 USD per hour. Minimum Commitment: 5 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase hours based on demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to subscriber messages across multiple creator accounts on the arenaflex platform.
  • Provide accurate information about creator content, subscription tiers, and exclusive offers.
  • Share sales links, promotional codes, and discount details in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain a friendly, respectful tone that aligns with each creator’s brand voice.
  • Escalate complex issues or policy‑related questions to the senior support team while documenting the resolution process.
